Our Founder and Executive Director
Rev. Raimie Bateman, ThM
Greetings. I’ve served impoverished church leaders in the majority world for over ten years in thirteen nations. I’ve received a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary in Systematic Theology and New Testament Studies. My biggest joy is bringing narrative-style, Christ-centered teaching to church leaders in harsh places who would never otherwise receive such quality training. I have an appetite for risk, am far more than just a missionary, and express my creativity by lifting others out of poverty, life-long applied education, investing, and running with my Great Dane Maisie. Join with me as I head to places where most don’t want to go and teach about the forgiveness of Jesus Christ and the everyday implications for our lives.

Stephanie Bateman, ThM
All my life I thought there needed to be more women with formal theological training in the church, so I joined the cause and earned a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary. Providing training for those who otherwise lack access to it is my goal. Long-term, one-on-one training is what I enjoy most. I get to personalize teaching for individuals based on their educational needs and cultural backgrounds. What begins as teaching the Bible always becomes sharing life. I then get to see how people’s lives with Christ and ministries deepen and grow as a result of the time I spend with them and the education I am providing. I love teaching over the phone while walking Maisie our Great Dane or while sitting with Bella our Rottweiler at my feet.
