Intent of Donation

By choosing to use donate.teachthestory.org and to donate to any of our missionaries, programs or causes, you recognize and agree to the following about the intent of your donation. The intent of your donation is towards the mission of Teach The Story as a whole. Any specific missionary, program or cause you select is a part of, underneath the guidance of, and serves at the discretion of Teach The Story. All donated funds are at the sole discretion of Teach The Story in their allocation and use.

Refunds

We genuinely appreciate your financial donation to support Teach The Story. Like most charitable organizations, we accept your donation on a “no refunds” basis. IRS laws prohibit us from refunding a donation once a tax-deductible receipt has been given, emailed, or sent. This is the standard for all 501(c)(3) organizations in the USA.

The only exception to our policy is when a mistake has occurred during the process of making the donation. For example, if the submit button is accidentally hit twice and a double donation is made; or if an incorrect amount is entered, and a donation is made in an amount that you did not intend. In these cases, please contact us immediately by emailing raimie@teachthestory.org.
